I had a fantastic stay at this hotel apartment. The staff, especially Mr. Harun, Mr. Zaheer, and Mr. Rudel, were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially with our 2-year-old. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport road and close proximity to almost 3 parks in the locality. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture was tidy and the parking provided by the hotel was convenient. Additionally, there was a 24/7 Spinneys supermarket within walking distance, ensuring we had everything we needed. I will definitely consider booking this hotel for all our future trips to this city.

Whole place a little shabby, needs a coat of paint and cleaning, low level of understanding of english and basic requirements (I.e forgot to supply towels, and when did supply delivered to wrong room, however good recovery - obtained towel from sister hotel)
